 Erdemli kalıp 2011 yılında ERDEM BİLGİN tarafından 2800 metre kare açık 3600 metrekare kapalı alana kurularak, bünyesine kattığı profesyonel ve uzman kadrosuyla hizmet vermektedir. Erdemli Kalıp yıllardır siz değerli müşterilerimize daima en iyi hizmet sunmayı bir prensip edinmiştir.Bu prensip doğrultusunda Erdemli Kalıp bünyesinde barındırdığı uzman ve donanımlı kadrosuyla ISO 9001 ve ISO 14001 standartlarının gereklerini yerine getiren bir sistem planlamak ,kurmak,uygulamak ve gelişimini sağlamaktadır.

Erdemli Kalıp was founded by Erdem Bilgin in 2011 on a 2800 square meter open area and 3600 square meter closed area. We have been serving to our customer with our professional and proficient personnel. We aimed giving the best service to our valuable customers and through this principle, we, with our professional and equipped personnel; ensure development of a system meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Misyonumuz ; Birikimlerimizi gelişen teknoloji ile birleştirerek müşteri memnuniyeti sağlamak, beraberinde yeni kalıpçılar da yetiştirmek ve ülke ekonomisine katkı sağlamak.

Vizyonumuz ; Maliyet ve kalitenin en önemli veri olduğu günümüzde kalıp sektöründe pres altı alıştırma saatlerini ( MAP ) toplam saatin %10'u seviyesine çekmek. Kesme kalıplarında çapaksız 25.000 parça üretmek, %45'i bitmiş ( prese girmeye hazır ) kalıplardan çıkacak ilk parçanın %60 ölçü toleransı için de olmasını sağlamak. Panel parçalarda önseri imalatında istenen görsel uygunluk seviyesinin ilk 25 parçada elde edilmesini sağlamaktır. 

Gelecek 35 yılın mesleği olarak gördüğümüz bu alanda meslek eğitiminin memleket meselesi olduğunun da bilinci ile bu hedeflere odaklanan firmamız "En iyi reklam müşteridir." parolası ile bu alanda hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir.

Our Vision; to bring down try out times to the level of 10% of the total die production time considering the quality and the production cost are the most valuable inputs in these days. Also, to produce 25.000 parts without burs from cutting and piercing dies, to ensure having a first part from the die in 45% level ( ready to go under press ) within the quality level of 60%. To get the part meeting visual requirements of pre-serial production in first 25 parts. 

We continue giving the best service considering that our job is the job for next 35 years and are aiming that the best advertisement is the customer taking into consideration that education and training is also a national issue and our responsibility.
